How to Play Scoundrel
You start with 20 health. Survive the dungeon by
resolving cards in each room.

Room: 4 visible cards. Either Avoid once
(not twice in a row) or resolve 3 cards.

Carry: After resolving 3 cards, the 4th card
becomes the first card of the next room.

Weapons (♦2–10): Equip to reduce monster damage.
Equipping a new weapon discards the old one and its stack.

Potions (♥2–10): Heal up to 20. Only one potion per
room has effect.

Monsters (♣/♠): Bare-handed damage is full value.
With a weapon, damage is monster − weapon (minimum 0).

Weapon sequence rule: A weapon can only be used on
monsters whose value is less than or equal to the last monster it
fully defeated. Example: if your last defeated monster with that
weapon was 8, you may use it on 8, 7, 6... but not 9.

Win: Clear the dungeon deck. Score is remaining
health.

Lose: Health reaches 0. Score is negative sum of
monster values left in deck.
